SPAGHETTI SEEDS
People often ask me, Eddie Spaghetti, how do you have so much energy? I tell them that I eat lots
of Spaghetti Seeds every day! What are Spaghetti Seeds? I thought you would never ask!!!
Here is a package of Spaghetti Seeds
( beans, seeds & lentils). They contain all the elements necessary to grow new plants. All they need is heat, moisture,
air, tender loving care & they will become very rich in Vitamins A, C, D, E, to name a few and particularly the B-complex.
How to sprout Spaghetti Seeds. Soak a 1/4 cup of dried spaghetti seeds in room temperature water overnight
and they will double in size! The next day ( approximately 18 hours), drain the water. You can use the water for your next
soup as it contains lots of water soluble vitamins.
Two containers you can use for sprouting Spaghetti
Seeds are: A commercial sprouting container you can buy for under $30.00 at most health food store of if you have a wide mouth
bottle or fruit jar ( I use the large pickle egg bottles that you can find at garage sales for less than a dollar). Cover
the mouth of the bottle with screening or cheesecloth & fasten with a rubber band or string.
Rinse your
Spaghetti Seeds in room temperature water 3 times a day ( turn bottle upside down so it drains & keep them in a warm,
dark place. Spaghetti seeds will be ready to eat in 3 to 6 days.
Once the magic of life has made your
Spaghetti Seeds ready to eat, can you guess where the magic goes to? Into you! Eat lots of Spaghetti Seeds every day &
they will help you to reach your dreams! When you bite into your Spaghetti Seeds and you hear a crunch, that's when the
magic is released into your body!
There are lots of ways to eat Spaghetti Seeds & lots of things that will sprout. Experiment &
enjoy!

Experiment #1. Get some whole wheat
grain & some puffed wheat. Try sprouting them into separate containers. After 4 days which one would you eat?

Spaghetti Bread!
I have a few Different ways of making Spaghetti Bread that I will share with you, the first is just
put 2 cups of water into a bread machine, add 6 cups of whole wheat flour ( I use Rogers No Addititive ) and choose the dough
setting, check after 5 minuets to see if you need to add a little more flour or water.
Spaghetti Bread #2, Soak one cup of
soybeans overnight, then strain them and put them in the blender, add 2 cups of water & hit the highest
setting until you have a paste.
Put this into the bread machine, add 4 cups of whole wheat flour.
Spaghetti
Bread #3, I just discovered last night! What you do is soak one cup of whole wheat seeds ( I get mine from the Co-op ) then
strain them and put them in a warm dark place, rinse them two or three times a day for two days. If you have good seeds they
will sprout! ( Turn into Spaghetti Seeds!) Put the Spaghetti Sprouts in the blender add 2 cups of water
and do as above!
Once you have the dough made cut of about a hand full and use a rolling pin to flatten the dough till
it is nice and thin all you have to do now is put this into a hot cast iron
firing pan and cook
until golden brown.
An important thing to remember is not to add oil to the firing pan! You will have to experiment to
find the best thickness for you also the best flavor.

Spaghetti
milk (Soy Milk)
I have asked a lot of people about cooking food, the process of concentrating fruit drinks, the reason
for pasteurizing milk and what is lost from the good food God put on this planet for us to eat & drink.
Please join
me in the search for the right answers. For myself if I drink cows milk I gain weight. If I drink Spaghetti milk (Soy Milk),
I maintain
my weight and feel better. You will need a jar to soak the beans in, a blender, a strainer, a pot to put the strained
Spaghetti
milk (Soy Milk) into and another container to put the pulp from the strainer into.
The process is simple all you need
to do is soak 1 cup of soy beans in water for 24 hours,
They will triple in size! Then drain &rinse
the beans in clean water until the water is clear. Put one cup of the soaked beans into the blender &
add clean water leaving two inches from the top of the blender. Blend on High for 2-3 min. or until well blended.
Pour the
contents in to the strainer, repeat this process two more times and you should end up with eight cups of Spaghetti milk!
I use the pulp for making Spaghetti bread!
You can experiment with other milks as well I really like
peanut butter milk (one cup of raw unsalted peanut butter) You can also soak raw almonds, to
make a delicious milk, I do not strain the almonds, also try raw sunflower seeds or raw peanuts.
